Mayan Womb Massage
Ancient Wisdom for the Modern Woman
This deeply restorative session is rooted in ancestral Mayan medicine, passed down through generations of midwives, parteras, and womb keepers. The Mayan womb massage is a traditional therapy designed to realign and nourish the reproductive and digestive organs while restoring energetic and emotional balance in the pelvic space.
It is a sacred ritual of self-honoring for women at any stage of life — from early adulthood to post-menopause — affirming that it is never too early or too late to reconnect with your womb.
This massage is ideal for women experiencing:
- Pelvic congestion, tension, or lower back pain
- Irregular, painful, or absent menstrual cycles
- Digestive issues such as bloating, constipation, or sluggish elimination
- Emotional disconnection from the womb due to trauma, grief, or surgical history
- Spiritual preparation for conscious conception or fertility support
- A desire to reclaim or deepen connection to their feminine center
What to Expect During the Session:
- Gentle but deeply effective abdominal massage techniques focused on the uterus, ovaries, and digestive tract
- Uterine repositioning (if needed), to support proper alignment and healthy circulation
- Traditional Rebozo Manteado wrapping — a closing ritual using rebozo cloth to restore containment, safety, and grounding in the pelvic space
- Warming herbal compress over the lower abdomen to promote circulation and comfort
- Space for emotional release and intentional breathing throughout the session
- Energetic balancing, centered around honoring the womb as a seat of creativity, intuition, and life force
