Shipping & Returns

Orders may require up to 3-5 business days for our team to process and package for shipment.

You'll receive 2 emails after your order is placed: (1) an order confirmation email when your order is received & (2) a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking #. Our warehouse operates Monday - Friday, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. pacific. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays (including July 4th) will be processed during regular business hours. Please note that USPS, UPS & other carriers may not be operational on holidays which may result in shipping/transit delays.

Once a package leaves our warehouse, we're unable to cancel, change the delivery address or make any other changes to an order.

UPS & USPS are our primary shipping partners. If you are unable to receive shipments from USPS, please contact us before placing your order. Please note that Encinta Herbal is not responsible for delays incurred by USPS or UPS in transit. 

We are unable to ship to PO boxes.
