Which blend should I start with?

What is actually in the blends?
Traditional botanicals, and every herb in a blend is listed in full on its product page. If an ingredient is not on the label, it is not in the tin.
How long should I give it?
Herbal traditions are built on consistency rather than speed. Give any blend a full cycle of daily use, and treat anything promising an overnight change with caution.
Can I take this while pregnant or nursing?
Speak with your midwife, doctor or healthcare provider before using any herbal product during pregnancy, while nursing, or alongside medication. Bring the label, it lists every herb in the blend.

What if the blend is not right for me?
